We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100. Need it faster? Priority shipping is available at checkout.

Standard Delivery

When in stock, we aim to deliver within 4-5 working days (Monday to Friday). This service is free for orders of £100 or more and costs £3.99 for orders under £100.

Priority Delivery (£5.99)

When in stock, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday.)

Tracking & Signatures

A tracking number is provided, a signature is required upon delivery.

Delivery Timescale & Estimates 

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates and timescales, unforeseen circumstances such as postal or production delays may result in changes to any quoted delivery schedule.

Delivery Requests

If you need your order by a specific date, please add a note in the 'Order special instructions' section which is found in the shopping cart where you add your items. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Custom orders require 4-6 weeks to be produced. Delivery times can vary based on the item, manufacturer, and time of year.

Stock Confirmation

If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will confirm availability and provide an estimated delivery date within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Not in Stock Items

For items not in stock, we offer to have them specially made for you, which typically takes 4-6 weeks.

Stock Check and Delivery Timescale Request

Feel free to check delivery times for any item before placing your order. Simply use the live chat located at the bottom right of your screen, provide the product SKU code (found under each product name), and we’ll respond as quickly as possible. Alternatively email us at hello@lloydsjewellery.com with the product SKU code and request an estimated delivery time.

How Your Order is Delivered (UK)

We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. You will be notified when your item has been dispatched, along with a tracking number. A signature will be required upon delivery.

How Your Order Will Arrive

Your order will arrive in plain packaging to avoid spoiling any surprises, we can also work with you to deliver on the most suitable day. Your jewellery will be beautifully presented, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition and makes a stunning impression.

International Delivery

While we primarily deliver within the United Kingdom, we can arrange delivery to other countries. Please contact us, and we will explore the available options.
