Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received; unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Conditions and exclusions on some items apply, please see below.

Eligibility

Returns must meet the following conditions to be eligible:

The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, free from signs of wear, damage, or alterations (including resizing or modifications by a third party).

All original packaging, certificates (such as diamond grading certificates if applicable), and documentation must be included in their original, undamaged condition. Failure to return these items may result in additional fees, or the return may be denied.

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

Bespoke by Lloyds orders.

Items that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered from their original condition.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

Custom designs or made-to-order items that differ from our standard offerings.

Bespoke, Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made, bespoke and made-to-order items, as specified in the product description, are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt via email at hello@lloydsjewellery.com or, log in to your Lloyd Jewellery account (if applicable) via our website (click here) to start the returns process.

Cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer, and we highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit. Please keep proof of postage and any postage insurance to protect against any potential loss.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on standard items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, free from signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included in their original, undamaged condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, it must be settled before the exchange is processed. Any refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Quality Checks

We conduct thorough quality checks on every item before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards and is free from defects.

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery. If you find any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact us the same day so we can promptly evaluate the issue.
